We're kicking of our new brand and looking for some Brand Reps for our new shop! We need a few rad mama's or papa's with an adorable hipsqueak or two, some decent camera skills, and who are super active on social media and want to help promote our shop and get some free HIPSQUEAK+CO. swag.

What we are looking for in a Brand Rep...
- A mama or papa with an instagram with an active following. The number of followers isn't as important to us as how many of those followers like and comment on the photos you post. Our goal is not to find Brand Reps who have the biggest following or tons of experience (although that's nice), but people who really believe in us, love our products, and are dedicated to helping us grow and flourish.
- A feed of high quality beautiful organic photos that show us your passion for photography, adorable littles, and personal style.
- A person that values handmade products and has a light heart and a good sense of humor. We're a pretty wacky little crew!

THE DETAILS...
WHAT AM I AGREEING TO?
H+C Brand Reps will receive free products from our shop in exchange for photos that will be used on the internet, social media, the H+C Etsy shop, etc. Brand Reps are encouraged to help promote new H+C products and help spread the word about sales and promotions.
Brand Reps agree to post at least two photos a month of H+C products in real life to their own Instagram accounts and tag @hipsqueakandco in the photos. They are required to email us at least 3 high quality styled photos of each item that your receive free from our shop. We trust your creativity and have no requirements about style or location. We know that you want the photos to look as good as we want our products to look. Ideally, we'd like to receive these photos within a few weeks of receiving our products. On occasion, we will send products that are not yet released. We will ask that photos of these items are not posted to any social media sites until the item is actually for sale.
We ask that Brand Reps agree to promote HIPSQUEAK+CO. for a period of at least 6 months.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?
We will email you every 4-6 weeks to find out the current size of your little (they grow so fast) and to give you an opportunity to select the product(s) that you like best and want for your kiddo. Once we hear back from you, we'll ship you 1-3 items from our shop.
If something you receive doesn't fit well or is damaged in anyway, please let us know immediately so we can get you the right size, another style, or a new product. Please do not wash or wear any garment that you plan to return. We'll send you a label to send it back to us.
DO I HAVE TO REP H+C EXCLUSIVELY?
Not at all! Please pair our items with other shops that you represent, or just really like. We're one big handmade community and supporting other small businesses is so important to H+C.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER PERKS?
Sure! How about 35% off any item from our shop? We will give you a unique coupon code that will be good for as long as you're representing our brand. This coupon is for your own use only and can only be used to purchase items for your family. Please do not share the coupon code with anyone or use it to purchase gifts. You're not obligated to share photos of products that you purchase, but we sure hope you will!
WHAT IF I CAN'T HONOR OUR AGREEMENT?
We'll be sad to lose you, but we totally understand how big life is and that it's sometimes really hard to do extra things. We're not super big on contracts so there's nothing legally binding you to us. We trust you. If you can't keep being a Brand Rep for H+C for any reason, just let us know. No hard feelings. We want this to be a happy partnership for all of us.
COPYRIGHT AND PHOTO RELEASE FOR MINOR CHILDREN!!!
YOU MUST READ THE COPYRIGHT RELEASE FORM and the PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE FORM FOR MINOR CHILDREN. When you submit this application, you're swearing that you read them and that you authorize us to use photos that you've taken of your minor child. You're also agreeing to allowing us to use your child's name (of course we'll only use the first name and maybe the last initial if there is more than one kiddo with the same name).
